ACTION: Final rule: Notice of intent to implement currently effective rule and request for comments. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (Commission) is announcing its intent to implement a final rule, published and made effective in 1985, that amended its regulations applying the Government in the Sunshine Act. The Commission is taking this action to provide an opportunity for public comment on its intent because of the time that has passed since the Commission last addressed this issue. This action is necessary to complete resolution of this issue.
