Rehabilitation
1. Available to persons as a primary residence, however, if you
presently own a home, disposition of title must be concurrent with, or prior
to, close of escrow for the new property;
2. Property must be owner occupied (property may not be sub-leased).

Income limits
Homeowner Rehabilitation
1. Property must be owner occupied;
2. Must meet HOME maximum and minimum subsidy limits; and,
3. Property must meet, at a minimum, the Section 8 Housing Quality
Standards.
Security Deposit and Rental Payment
Currently is administered by City/County Social Services Agencies for
families endangered of becoming homeless or are
homeless. Please contact your Social Service Office for more information.
Other types rental assistance are provided by the Housing Authority
in your area.
Affordable Housing Providers
Western Nevada HOME Consortium allocates to Lyon County, Churchill County, Douglas County, Storey County, Mineral County, Pershing County, and Carson City. The State of Nevada allocates funds to Clark County Consortium and Washoe County Consortium. Nevada Housing Division directly allocates funds for projects in the remaining areas of the State.
State of Nevada allocates funds to:
Units of local government, public housing agencies, private non- profit agencies, housing developers, sponsors, etc., wishing to receive funding to sponsor a HOME activity may contact the Division for information concerning the HOME Program.
